I offer live yoga classes on Zoom for those seeking a gentle flow, great for beginners, elders, or those who are recovering from injury.
With training in Therapeutic, Hatha Flow, and Anusara forms, I provide each student with the awareness and asanas that bring new energy and ease to everyday movement.
